My stay was quite pleasant overall, though there were a few hiccups. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence’s luxury shopping area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, but the elevator situation was a bit inconvenient as it didn't reach my floor. The staff was super nice and did their best to help, but some little details could be improved.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tornabuoni Suites! The location was fantastic, right in Via Tornabuoni, surrounded by luxury shops and within walking distance to all major sites. The service was really good, especially from Alessandra and her team, who took care of all my needs. The only downside was that I didn't evaluate the dining options, as I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Overall, a good experience! 🌟
